Refund Policy

At FadeSculpt, we strive to provide the best grooming services for our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience. Below is our refund policy, which applies to our barbershop services.

1. Refunds for Haircuts and Styling Services

Haircuts and styling services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your haircut or style, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will offer to redo the service at no additional charge or provide a credit towards another service.

Refunds are only issued if the haircut or styling service is deemed to be defective (e.g., incorrect style, severe mistakes), and must be requested within 7 days of the service.

2. Refunds for Shaving and Grooming Services

Shaving and grooming services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are dissatisfied with the result, please reach out within 3 days. We will either redo the service or provide you with a credit towards another service.

In cases of allergic reactions or skin irritation, we will assess the situation and provide appropriate support.

3. Refunds for Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages

Gift cards purchased from FadeSculpt are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prepaid packages for services are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to complete your prepaid services due to medical reasons, we may offer a partial refund or credit based on the remaining services and at our discretion.

4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend an appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge for the missed service.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund or service redo, please contact us by email or phone with your appointment details and reason for the request.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service you received, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a solution.

In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days for resolution.
